This is an influential, easy-to-use customer relationship management (CRM) product. It has a scalable and extremely customizable architecture that allow an organization to knowledge the reimbursement of a customized CRM solution all through its entire association.
There are two divide applications - one for sales and the other for hold up. Both applications are built using the Microsoft.NET framework on a Windows Server environment. The admin site features the aptitude to Add/Edit brands, Define parameters to pass to brand web sites for integration, Reply to email addresses sent by CSRs for those brands and Manage Users (Reps and Manager). manager have the same right of entry level as Reps but can in addition assign cases to CSRs and manage products and problem types, Add/Edit Products, Add/Edit Problem Types and manage other system wide configuration settings.
The Sales CRM Web Application features Multi level, role based right of entry for sales reps, sales managers, credit dept. and management team; Account and Contact management functions; Activity Management and Contact logs. It also has full admin functionality counting the aptitude to add users, assign roles, update products and manage other organization wide settings.
